(99 Tricks)
Atomic Pincher Toe-Op Out(DEX)-Op Pincher(UNS)(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height and hop off your support leg as you complete the set. Perform an out-in dexterity with your initial support leg while spinning slightly towards your set leg. Plant your dexterity leg and bring up your setting leg to form a pocket, cushioning the bag and delaying it.
Atom Smasher Toe-Op Out(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height and plant the setting foot as soon as possible, perform a very quick out-in dexterity with the support leg, planting it quickly, and perform an in-out dexterity with the initial setting leg. Halfway through the dexterity, hop off your initial support leg and bring it up for the delay, landing on your initial setting foot. The atomic set for this move takes a lot of practice, but is very versatile once it's learned.
Barrage Set-Op In(DEX)-Same In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height and perform an in-out dexterity with the opposite leg. Use the knee and ankle to perform the dexterity, keeping your toes pointed downwards. As you come around from the dexterity, perform a shin-over with the same leg, straight into another dexterity. Finish the move just like a mirage(2). This move is about 1000000 times easier when set from clipper, but you can begin the first dexterity before planting the setting foot if you set from toe.
Butterfly Set-Same/Op Out(DEX)-Op Clip(XBD)(DEL)
Set the bag at thigh height, from any set, to any side. Using your hip, and partially your knee, perform half an out-in dexterity. As you jump up for this, bring your initial support foot into position for a clipper delay. Landing on the dexterity leg, cushion the fall of the bag into the clipper delay. Quite an easy move for three adds.
Butterfly Kick Set-Jump(BOD)-Same/Op Out(DEX)-Op Clip(XBD)
Set the bag just above waist height. Perform a high out-in dexterity, aiming the bag for right in between your two legs. As the bag falls, jump off your support leg, and hit the bag with the inside surface of your support foot, shooting it upwards.
Conlon Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Same Out(DEX)-Same Frigidosis(DEL)
Perform a quick Fairy set, but continue the dexterity around. As your inside surface comes around the bag for the second time, pull the bag into an inside delay behind your body.
Crossbody Rake Clip(XBD)(DEL)-Side Rake(DEX)
Basically a stylie little ending for a move that merits an extra add, for this move just delay the bag in a clipper behind your body, and swing your delay leg upwards and outwards, much like an osis, but without the spin. It's a little tough to tell this move from a move like frigidosis, but it becomes apparent if the bag is in crossbody position throughout the move.
Diving Dragon Clip-Dive(BOD)-Same Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
Set the bag just above head high, and as it's on it's way up, move your head so that the bag approaches the opposite side. Quickly duck around it, and pull the bag into a dragon delay on the same side it started on.
Double Around The World Toe-Same In/Out(DEX)-Same In/Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Perform either a fairy set or a pixie set, but continue the dexterity, doing another in the same direction, landing the bag on the same toe. Practice Terrage and Double Fairy and this trick comes quite easily.
Double Fairy Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Same Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Perform a high fairy set, continuing around the bag for another dexterity. As you come around, hop off your support foot and delay the bag on this foot.
Double Illusion Toe-Op Out(DEX)-Same Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
A fairly difficult move, set the bag about chest height, hopping off your support foot as you come up for the set. Perform an out to in dexterity with your initial support foot, quickly bringing your set foot down for support. As you come around from the dexterity, continue around the bag for a second out to in dexterity. As you come around from this dexterity, hop off your support foot and bring it up to meet the footbag for a toe-delay.
Double Legover Set-Op In(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height and do an in-out dexterity with the opposite leg. As your leg comes down from the dexterity, hop off your other leg and bring it around the bag in an out-in dexterity. Delay the bag on this toe.
Double Pickup Set-Op In(DEX)-Same In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height and perform a quick in-out dexterity. Continue around into another in-out dexterity and delay the bag on the same toe. A good stepping or quantum set is required to land this move smoothly, and practice with Terrage helps as well.
Double Switchover Set-Op Out(DEX)-Same Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Set the bag as though performing a Legover, but a little higher. As you come around the bag, perform a shin-over, into another out-in dexterity. Land the bag on the same toe. A good atomic set helps with this move.
Dragon Double Legover Dragon-Op In(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
See Double Legover(3). Set the bag from Dragon, and perform a double legover. The set doesn't give quite as much altitude as a Clipper-set, so practice with Dragon-stepping and Double legover is required.
Dragon Osis Set-Front/Back Spin(BOD)-Same/Op Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height and spin as though doing an osis. Instead of carrying the bag on the inside surface of your foot, you must carry it on the outside surface. This is quite difficult and requires a lot of practice. A near Dragon osis is a good place to start, where a Far osis is a lot more difficult. End off with a Dragon, but don't drag it out, or the move becomes nonexistent.
Dragster Clip-Op In(DEX)-Same Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
See Drifter(3). Perform a Drifter, but as you come around for the delay, twist your ankle and delay the bag on the outside surface of your foot in Dragon position. A good unique move that isn't too hard to learn if you have a nice drifter and a solid Dragon.
Drifter Set-Op In(DEX)-Same Clip(XBD)(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height and perform a quick in-out dexterity with the opposite leg. Quickly bring this leg around your support leg for a clipper delay. The set must be high, as the dexterity leg has a long way to go for the final clipper.
Ducking Dragon Clip-Duck(BOD)-Op Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
Set the bag just above head height and plant your setting foot as soon as possible. Duck the bag and begin twisting your initial support leg's ankle. Spot the bag, and initiate a Dragon delay with your initial support leg. This move is quite impressive if done smoothly.
Ducking Mirage Set-Duck(BOD)-Same/Op In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag just above head height and duck it. From clipper, use the same leg to perform the dexterity, and from toe use the opposite leg. Start bringing your leg up while you're still ducking, and use the action of straightening up to help the dexterity around. For the remainder of the move, see Mirage(2).
Ducking Pickup Toe-Duck(BOD)-Op In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Set the bag just above head height and quickly duck it, beginning the dexterity. As you straighten up, complete the dexterity and delay the bag on the same toe. This move is very much like ducking mirage, except with a pickup.
Dustpan Toe-Same Pendulum(DEX)-Same XBD Toe Rake(XBD)-Op Toe(DEL)
This is a strange move. Delay the bag on your toe and begin a pendulum with a little more out-swing than usual. Instead of completing the pendulum, swing your leg back forward, swinging along the same arc formed by the pendulum, around your support leg. When your ankles collide (This shouldn't be hard enough to hurt), jump up off your support leg, completing a rake. With luck and smoothness the bag should jump off your initial delay foot and onto your support foot. This move is both impressive and seldom-seen.
Ebb Clip-Op In(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Same Frigidosis(DEL)
See Double Legover(3). Begin performing a double legover, but as your second leg comes around for the delay, twist your ankle around it and initiate an inside delay behind your body. Use a slight spin if needed to flatten the delay surface.
Eclipse(Catwalk) Set-Jump(BOD)-Same/Op Inside(DEL)-Op Out(DEX)-Land
Set the bag just above waist height and jump into the air. Initiate an inside delay immediately and perform a quick out-in dexterity with the opposite leg. Land on this leg. This move is difficult if you don't jump high enough or if you don't perform the dexterity fast enough. Practice makes perfect!
Eggbeater Toe-Op Out(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Start this move by setting the bag just below chest height, but as you go up for the set, hop off your support foot and perform a quick out-in dexterity. Plant the leg quickly and perform a quick out-in dexterity with the opposite leg. Land the bag on the toe of this leg.
Fairy Clipper Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Same Clip(XBD)(DEL)
Perform a quick fairy set towards the opposite side of your body. Quickly whirl your setting leg around your support leg into a clipper delay. The bag should arc upwards and towards the opposite side of your body.
Fairy Dragonfly Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Jump(BOD)-Op Inside kick
Set the bag about chest height, whirling your leg from out to in with a fairy-set. Quickly plant your foot and jump off your support leg, performing an in-out dexterity while jumping off your initial set foot and connecting with a mid-air inside kick.
Fairy Legover Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height with a fairy set. As you come down, jump off your support leg and bring it around the bag from out to in, into a toe-stall with the same foot. You'll find this move much easier if you set the bag to the opposite side of your body.
Fairy Pickup Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Initiate a chest height fairy set. Plant your leg as soon as possible and begin an in-out dexterity with your support leg into a toe-stall with the same leg. Again, this move is much easier if you set the bag to the opposite side of your body.
Fairy Same Dragonfly Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Plant-Jump(BOD)-Same In(DEX)-Op Inside Kick
Set the bag directly in front of you and at above waist height with a fairy set. Quickly plant your foot and bring it up again, around the bag from in to out, while simultaneously jumping off your support foot to connect with an inside kick.
Fairy Same Side Mirage Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Plant-Same In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag in front of you and at about waist height with a fairy set. Plant your foot quickly and bring it up again for an in to out dexterity. Jump off your support leg and initiate a toe delay with this foot.
Fear Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag at about belly height to the opposite side of your body using a fairy set. Quickly plant your foot and begin an in-out dexterity with the opposite foot. As you come around, jump off your support foot and come down for a toe-stall with this foot.
Firefly Set-Same/Op Out(DEX)-Op Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
See Butterfly(3). Perform a butterfly dexterity, but instead of coming down with a clipper delay, twist your inital support foot into a dragon position, and come down with the bag into a dragon delay.
Flail Set-No Plant(BOD)-Op Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag just above chest height. Without planting your setting foot, jump up, throwing your arms up in the air to give you more power. Whirl your inital support foot around the bag from out to in. It helps to have your foot in the inside delay position throughout the dexterity. As you come around, bring your setting foot into place to delay the bag, and land back on your initial support foot.
Flapper Delay Cross Body Sole Delay(XBD)(DEL)(UNS)
A crossbody Sole delay. Set the bag a little higher than a comfortable clipper set, then put your leg in a crossbody position, pointing your knee downwards. This should point your foot upwards. Bend at your support knee to delay the bag, then flick your ankle to set the bag back upwards.
Flying Dragon Set-Jump(BOD)-Same/Op Out(DEX)-Op Dragon(XBD)
A flying Firefly(3). Set the bag just under chest-height and jump in the air, performing a high out-in dexterity with either leg. Twist your body in the air, and contact the bag with the outside surface of your opposite foot. The more dissected the dexterity and the contact, the less chance there'll be of losing the bag. It's safest to land back on the dexterity foot, as your twisted ankle could cause injury if landed on wrongly.
Fudge Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about chest height using a fairy set, as you come around the bag, jump off your support leg and begin an out-in dexterity. Plant your setting foot asap and as you come around the bag from your second dexterity, jump up and initiate a toe delay with your initial setting foot. Fudgy!
Icon Clip-Front Spin(BOD)-Same Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
An inspinning Far Legover, this move is as close as you can come to paradox without actually getting there. Set the bag just above head height, and straight up. Spin towards your clipper foot as quickly as possible, completing a full spin. As you come around, spot the bag, and perform an out-in legover with your setting leg, landing the bag on the same toe. This is a very impressive move if done cleanly, but in my opinion it's harder than it's add value.
Inspinning Dragon Clip-Front Spin(BOD)-Same Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
Set the bag about head height and spin towards your clipper foot. As you are beginning to complete the spin, initiate an outside delay with your initial set foot. Keep your foot in the same position as you follow through with the remainder of the spin and turn into a Dragon delay, much like an osis.
Inspinning Same Side Illusion Clip-Front Spin(BOD)-Op Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about head height and spin quickly toward your clipper foot. As you complete the spin, your other leg will pass under the bag. Continue this path around the bag from out to in, quickly planting your foot and landing the bag on your opposite toe. This trick is a little awkward at first, but if you spin quickly, and do the move smoothly, it's very impressive.
Inspinning Same Side Mirage Clip-Front Spin(BOD)-Op In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about head height and spin very quickly towards your clipper. As you come around from the spin, spot the bag and continue the path of your spin, bringing your initial support foot around the bag from in to out. As you complete the dexterity, jump off your new support foot and delay the bag, landing on your dexterity leg.
Leg Eater Clip-Op In(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
This is the only Blurry move that is not paradox in any way. Stepping Far Pickup. From clipper, set the bag just under chest height. As your leg comes down from the clipper, perform a quick in-out dexterity with your support leg, quickly bringing your setting foot down to support it. The bag should continue upwards. Plant your initial support leg as soon as possible and twist your setting foot around the bag from in to out. As you come around the bag, bring the same foot down for a toe delay.
Magellan Toe-Same In(DEX)-Plant-Same Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
For this move, you have to learn to set the bag directly in front of you in a pixie set. Set the bag at about belly height, whirling your foot around the bag from in to out as it goes up. Plant this foot very quickly and bring it back around the bag from out to in. As you come around the bag, bring your foot down with it, cushioning it into a toe delay. Your support foot doesn't do any work with this move.
Merkon Clip-Back Spin(BOD)-Op Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about head height, quickly spinning away from your clipper. Spot the bag and continue the spin, bringing your initial support leg around the bag from out to in. Bring the same foot down for the delay as you come around the bag. The first half of the spin should be very quick, the second half more controlled so you don't hit the bag during the dexterity.
Miraging Pincher Clip-Op In(DEX)-Op Pincher(UNS)(DEL)
Set the bag about waist height, bringing your opposite foot around the bag from in to out as it's on it's way up. Perform a minor spin towards your dexterity leg, just enough to have the back of your setting leg facing the footbag. Bend your knee, and catch the bag in the pocket formed by the back of your knee.
Omelette Toe-Op Out(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set the bag from your toe about chest high. As you come up for the set, jump off your support leg, and as the bag leaves your foot, perform an out-in dexterity with your initial support foot, planting your setting foot to give you support. This is called an Atomic set. As you come around from the dexterity, hop off your new support foot and perform another out-in dexterity with this foot. As you come around from this dexterity, hop off your initial support foot and come down for a toe delay.
Osis Set-Back/Front Spin(BOD)-Same/Op Clip(XBD)(DEL)
Set the bag directly in front of you, not too high, and spin either direction. Crank the ankle of the first leg to pass the bag from behind, and catch the bag on the inside surface of this foot, behind you. Complete the spin, and as you come around, bring your delaying foot into the clipper position. This motion should be done very smoothly and quickly to avoid the bag falling off your foot in mid-delay.
Pandora Clip-Back Spin(BOD)-Same In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Set the bag just under chest height and spin away from your clipper. Without planting the setting foot, spot the bag and perform an in-out dexterity with the same foot. Come around the bag for a delay with the same foot. This is a good introduction to spinning moves, but it's still quite challenging for beginning freestylers.
Paradox Dragonfly Clip-Same In(PDX)(DEX)-Jump(BOD)-Op Inside kick
Set from clipper about chest height and twist your hips, bringing the same leg around for an in-out dexterity. As you begin the dexterity, jump off your support foot, and as you come around, contact the bag with an inside kick using your initial support foot. This is a good introduction to Paradox moves.
Paradox Mirage Clip-Same In(PDX)(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
The simplest paradox move, this move is very important to freestyle footbag. Set the bag about belly height and twist your hips into position for an in-out dexterity with your setting leg. As you come around the bag, hop off your support foot and come down for a toe delay. This move is difficult at first, but with enough practice, paradox seems like just another word for dexterity. Paradox mirage is actually a very fun move when you're just beginning, and it's good clipper practice.
Paralax Clip-Back Spin(BOD)-Same Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Set the bag about head height and spin away from your clipper. Without planting your set foot, spot the bag and perform an out-in dexterity with the same leg. Delay the bag on the same toe. Your support foot should only be used to spin with this move, where your setting leg does most of the work.
Paste(Egg Mixer) Toe-Same In(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Pixie set the bag about chest height and plant your foot as soon as possible. Bring up your initial support foot for an in-out dexterity, and as you come around the bag, come down with the same foot into a toe delay. This move is also called Pixie Pickup, or pixie Reverse Legover.
Pincher Double Around the World Pinch-Same In/Out(DEX)-Same In/Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
This move is basically a double atw set from pincher. From pincher, bring your knee up swiftly, letting go of the bag and swinging your leg out either direction. This should set the bag upwards. Continue your path around the bag twice with the same leg and delay the bag on the same toe. This move is great practice for Triple ATW, as your leg has to travel much farther in this move than Double ATW.
Pincher Terrage Pinch-Same In(DEX)-Same In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Set from pincher, swing your leg upwards and outwards, dislodging the bag and setting it upwards, come around the bag, performing an in-out dexterity with the same leg, then continue around for another dexterity. As you come around from this dexterity, hop off your support leg and delay the bag on this toe.
Pixie Dragonfly Toe-Same In(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Jump(BOD)-Op Inside Kick
Pixie set the bag about chest high, hopping off your support foot as you come down. Perform an in to out dexterity with your initial support foot, simultaneously jumping off your new support foot and coming up for an inside kick.
Pixie Inspinning Toe Toe-Same In(DEX)-Front Spin(BOD)-Same/Op Toe(DEL)
Pixie set the bag about head height and spin towards your setting leg. As you come around, spot the bag and delay it on either toe. The set on this move is very difficult, be careful of how straight you set up the bag.
Pixie Legover Toe-Same In(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
A fun little pixie move, just pixie set the bag about belly height, and as you come down from the set, hop off your support foot and bring it around the bag from out to in. As you come around, bring the same toe in for a delay. This is, in my opinion, the easiest two-dexterity move.
Pixie Opposite Clipper Toe-Same In(DEX)-Op Clip(XBD)(DEL)
Good practice for Whirl, just pixie set the bag about belly height and quickly bring your setting foot back into position, hopping off your support foot at the same time and coming down for a clipper delay with your support foot.
Pixie Same Clipper Toe-Same In(DEX)-Same Clip(XBD)(DEL)
Good practice for drifter. Pixie set the bag about belly height across your body and quickly bring your setting foot around your body from behind into clipper position. Bring your foot up to meet the bag, and then down with the bag into a clipper delay.
Pixie Same Dragonfly Toe-Same In(DEX)-Plant-Same In(DEX)-Jump(BOD)-Op Inside Kick
Pixie set the bag about chest height and immediately plant the setting foot. As the bag comes down, perform a Dragonfly(2) with the same leg. The set and the Dragonfly should be two separate motions.
Pixie Same Mirage Toe-Same In(DEX)-Plant-Same In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Pixie set the bag about chest high and plant your leg immediately. As the bag comes down, come around the bag with the same leg from in to out, and jump off your support leg, toe-delaying the bag with your initial support foot.
Pixie Same Pickup Toe-Same In(DEX)-Plant-Same In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Pixie set the bag about chest high and plant your setting foot immediately. As the bag begins to come down, swing your setting leg around it from in to out and land the bag on the same toe. This move differs from double ATW in that you must set first, then do the second dexterity.
Pixie Same Side Illusion Toe-Same In(DEX)-Plant-Same Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Pixie Set the bag straight upwards at about chest height. Plant your foot as soon as possible. As the bag begins to come down, retrace the first dexterity backwards from out to in, much like a Magellan(3). As your leg makes it around the bag, hop off your support foot and bring it upwards to delay the footbag.
Pogo Pickup Clip-No Plant Op In(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
The pogo set is symposium-like, but merits no add because it's not hard enough to do. From clipper, set the bag just under chest height, but without planting your clipper leg, hop over the bag on it's way up with your support leg, landing back on the same foot. As you perform this dexterity, bring your set foot upwards, and begin to bring it around the bag from in to out. As you complete the dexterity, bring the same foot down for a toe-delay. This is another move that's slightly harder than it's point rating, since Pickup can't be Paradox, and Pogo merits no symposium add.
Reaper Clip-Same Out(DEX)-Same Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Basically a Far Double Switchover, just clipper-set the bag just under chest height and across your body. Quickly bring your setting leg around the bag from out to in twice and delay the bag on the same toe. This move is only slightly more difficult than Double Switchover(3).
Refraction Set-Op Inside(DEL)-Op Out(DEX)-Op Clip(XBD)
This move is described as a combination between Osis and butterfly. As the bag comes down from a set, inside delay the bag low to the ground while at the same time spinning your body towards your support leg. You should end up in crossbody position. A beginner footbag player might not know the difference between this move and Butterfly.
Reverse Drifter Set-Op Out(DEX)-Same Clipper(DEL)(XBD)
This move is quite difficult at first, but it's really no tougher than a Drifter(3). I set the bag from toe, then hop over it with the other leg from out to in, quickly planting my set foot for support. Without planting the dexterity leg, pull it behind your support leg into crossbody position, while hopping into place for the clipper delay. You may find a need to plant the dexterity leg directly after the dexterity, but this does slow you down, so be careful with this strategy.
Reverse Hopover Clipper Delay(XBD)(DEL)-Op In(DEX)-Inside Set
Just a reversal of Hopover(2), simply clipper delay the bag, and without setting it, hop off your support foot and over your leg (Front to back). You may find it easier to do if you throw your arms up as you jump, which will throw your momentum upwards. At the same moment you come down from the hop, set the bag up from your inside delay into the next move.
Reverse Magellan Toe-Same Out(DEX)-Plant-Same In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Fairy set the bag just under chest height and directly upwards. Plant the setting foot as soon as possible. bring it back around the bag the direction it came from in to out and bring it around under the bag for a toe delay with the same foot.
Reverse Thread The Needle Reverse Hopover Holding foot with opposite X-Body hand(XBD)(DEL)(DEX)
This move can be dangerous if not done properly. Practice Thread the Needle(2) before trying this move. In crossbody position hold your delay foot with the opposite hand (Left leg, right hand). Perform a Reverse Hopover(3) through the hole formed by your arm and your leg, landing back on your support foot. Be prepared to let go of your ankle if something goes wrong.
Reverse Whirl Set-Op Out(DEX)-Op Clip(XBD)(DEL)
To many this move cannot be distinguished from a Butterfly(3). In truth, the two moves are entirely different. It's easiest to distinguish if you do the reverse whirl on the same side as the set (Clip-Op Out-Op Clip). The key is to perform the dexterity using your lower leg (Knee powered) instead of your upper leg (Hip powered). You'll notice a big difference right away. Each move has it's own special personality.
Scrambled Eggbeater Toe-Op Out(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
They call it a "Scrambled" Eggbeater because the second dexterity is reversed in direction. Atomic set the bag about chest height, and quickly plant your dexterity leg, simultaneously hopping off your initial setting leg and beginning an in-out dexterity. As you come around the bag, bring the same foot into position for the toe delay.
Smear Toe-Same In(DEX)-Op In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
An easy move if you can do a clean pixie set. Set the bag using a pixie about belly height and plant your setting foot ASAP. Quickly bring your initial support foot across your body and around the bag from in to out, at the same time hopping off your setting foot for the toe delay.
Smudge Toe-Same In(DEX)-Op Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Pixie set the bag just under chest height and plant the setting foot quickly, at the same time bringing your initial support foot up for an out to in dexterity. As you clear the dexterity, hop off your support foot and plant your dexterity foot for support, bringing your initial set foot in for the delay.
Snapdragon Clip-Same Front Swirl(DEX)-Same Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
At first it may be hard to tell your ankle what to do with this move. Clipper set the bag just around thigh height. Still in crossbody position, whirl your ankle around the bag from front to back, twisting it as you go so that it ends up in a Dragon position. Delay the bag on the same foot. This is an impressive move if done cleanly, and it is VERY unique.
Spinning Clipper Clip-Back Spin(BOD)-Same Clip(XBD)(DEL)
Clipper set the bag about chest height and complete a full spin towards the clipper leg. Spot the bag and complete the spin, delaying it on the same clipper foot it started out on. This is a great move to practice spinning with.
Spinning Dragon Clip-Back Spin(BOD)-Same Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
This is basically a Spinning Clipper that ends on Dragon instead of clipper. Set the bag about chest height and spin towards your clipper leg. When you see the bag, begin to twist your setting leg's ankle into Dragon position, and land the bag on this foot.
Spinning Pickup Clip-Back Spin(BOD)-Op In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
Another example of Pickup's non-paradox nature, set the bag just under head-height and spin quickly towards your clipper leg. Spot the bag, and with the opposite leg, complete an in to out dexterity, delaying the bag on the same leg's toe.
Spitfire Clip-Same Back Swirl(DEX)-Same Dragon(XBD)(DEL)
When done correctly, this move can impress tons of people by looking harder than it actually is. Set from clip about thigh height and begin to swirl your setting leg around the bag from back to front, simultaneously twisting your ankle into Dragon position. As you come around the bag, delay it on this Dragon.
Spyro Illusion Clip-Back Spin(BOD)-Same Out(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
A difficult 3 add spinning move, this move is great for practising difficult spinning moves. Set the bag about chest height and spin towards your clipper leg. Spot the bag and spin until it is right in front of you. As the bag begins to come down, circle it from out to in with your setting leg. As you come around from the dexterity, hop off your support leg and come up with your toe to delay the bag.
Spyro Mirage Clip-Back Spin(BOD)-Same In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
This move is a little bit easier than some of the other three add spinning moves. Set the bag just below chest height and quickly spin towards your clipper leg. Spot the bag and quickly bring your setting leg around it from in to out. As you begin the dexterity, hop off your support foot, and as the bag comes down, delay it on your initial support foot's toe.
Stepping Legover Clip-Op In(DEX)-Plant-Same Out(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
A variation on Magellan(3), this move is set with a Stepping set instead of a Pixie. Set the bag about belly height and slightly toward your setting side, planting your clipper foot immediately. As the bag goes up, perform an in to out dexterity with your support leg and plant your foot as soon as possible. Bring the same foot back upwards and around the bag from out to in, and back under the bag. Delay the bag on the dexterity leg's toe.
Stepping Mirage Clip-Op In(DEX)-Plant-Same In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
This move is simply a Barrage(3) with a plant. Set the bag about belly height, quickly planting your clipper foot and bringing your support leg around the bag from in to out as the bag is on it's way up. Plant this foot, and as the bag begins to come down, bring the same leg over it from in to out, simultaneously hopping off your support foot and coming up to delay the bag on your toe.
Stepping Pickup Clip-Op In(DEX)-Plant-Same In(DEX)-Same Toe(DEL)
This move is basically a Double Pickup(3) with a plant. Set the bag about belly height, planting your clipper foot right away and stepping over the bag from in to out with your support leg. Plant this leg immediately, and when the bag begins to come down again, perform an in to out dexterity with the initial support leg. As you come around the bag, scoop it with the same toe into a delay.
Swirl Clip-Same Back/Front Swirl(DEX)-Same Clip(XBD)(DEL)
This move is a crossbody Around the World. Simply set from clipper, only about thigh height. Quickly swing your setting leg around the footbag, still in crossbody position. A normal swirl goes from the back of the bag to the front, a reverse Swirl goes from Front to back. As you complete the motion, bring the inside surface of the same foot underneath the bag to cushion a clipper delay.
Symposium Mirage Set-No Plant(BOD)-Op In(DEX)-Op Toe(DEL)
Basically just a Mirage(2), where the setting leg never becomes the support leg. Set from toe about belly high and twist your hips so that your support leg faces the bag. As the bag begins it's descent, throw your arms up in the air and jump off your support foot, swinging it around the bag from in to out without ever planting your setting foot. As soon as you are clear of the bag, land back on your support foot and bring your set foot into place to catch the footbag in a toe delay. Your setting leg never touches the ground with this move.
